Photos From the Northwoods of Wisconsin & the U.P.

I finally got away to the northwoods of Wisconsin, the Michigan Upper Peninsula, and even the North Shore of Minnesota for a few days this fall! I was really hoping to catch peak color this year, but as I was driving up there was a big wind- and thunder-storm that blew down a lot of the leaves. Still, it was a great few days getting away to the woods for some hiking and photography – can't complain about that! 🙂

Here are a few images from Mercer, WI and the Porkies – the Porcupine Mountains in the U.P., and in particular the Lake of the Clouds. Let me know what you think using the comments section below!
