Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, everyone! Here are a few more winter images to wrap up 2009 and ring in 2010.
These were taken the day after Christmas 2009 at Rock Cut State Park in Rockford, IL. We had a beautiful soft snowfall that day – you can't clearly see the snowflakes in most of these, but the falling snow gives the images a certain texture they wouldn't have had otherwise.
It was a great day to be outside, relaxing into the peace and quiet after the hectic run-up to Christmas!
