Monthly Desktop Wallpaper – September 2010
I’m doing wallpaper instead of a calendar again this month – if you’d prefer the calendar format, let me know in the comments below! As usual, it’s in two image sizes, one wider than the other. I’m in an autumn mood, so this month’s photo is of a crisp September morning on San Domingo Lake…

Favorite Images of 2012
Another year in the tin! I’ve created a new gallery of my 12 favorite images from the many I made in 2012 (also shown below). As you might expect, ten of the twelve are from the Northwoods of Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Several factors come into play when I make my “favorite images” selections….
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, everyone! Here are a few more winter images to wrap up 2009 and ring in 2010. These were taken the day after Christmas 2009 at Rock Cut State Park in Rockford, IL. We had a beautiful soft snowfall that day – you can’t clearly see the snowflakes in most of these, but…

Here are a few more wintery images from my February 2009 visit to the ice caves on Lake Superior, just outside Bayfield, Wisconsin. Please let me know what you think! – Jack
Thanks for the reminder Jack, I think I need to do a little pruning myself! 🙂 Sometimes I wonder why I bothered to trip the shutter on some of those older images!
Galleries worked fine for me. Looks great.
Hey, Mark –
I’m chalking it up to learning experiences – at least, I like to _think_ I’m getting better! (Or maybe that I’m getting lucky more often!)
:^D
I see you were up in the U.P. this weekend – hope you had a great trip!
