More Photos From the Old Northwest Territory
From 1787 til 1803, the land now comprising the states of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, and part of Minnesota constituted the Northwest Territory of the United States – more info can be found on Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northwest_Territory. “Old Northwest Territory” just has a much nicer ring to it than “Wisconsin – Illinois Stateline Area”……
